php - Localize custom field values in wordpress -


how localize custom field values in wordpress? have these custom field values being displayed in post through restapi in wordpress using json-api plugin.

what i'm trying localize these custom field. these values being entered through wordpress cms, when goto posts , have query string (i.e. ?lang=es, page translated spanish) in url, it'll show custom translated values.
