algorithm - Collision detection alghorithm for moving objects -


please give me idea. there several (let's ~20...) objects on screen move , rotate center each frame. when 1 object rotates, text hint rotates too. problem - if 2 hints come collision, 1 of them must move @ angle not collide hint. please tell me algorithm should applied here?
