Android Studio Gradle stuck -


i'm newby in android studio managed install under debian 8.1 following tutorial: http://www.17od.com/2014/11/12/installing-android-studio-on-debian-wheezy/.

i created project , built it, gradle stuck (up it's 20 minutes) creating debug sources.

may ask work properly? thanks!enter image description here

make sure 'auto-detect proxy settings' checked under preferences -> appearance , behaivour -> system settings -> http proxy
